Exchange and refund policy
At the Marie-Osée boutique, we manufacture all products on site. So it is possible to do some alterations when needed.
So do not hesitate to contact us if you have questions or special request regarding your product purchased on our site.
EXCHANGE POLICY
If your Marie-Osée product does not satisfy you completely, you can return it as new within 14 days of the date of receipt.
The exchange is subject to the following conditions:
- Maximum period of 14 days.

Exchanges must be approved by Marie-Osée (by email or phone)

Items must be returned to Marie-Osée at the client's expense.

The customer must provide a copy of the invoice of the purchase.

Custom-made items are excluded.

Items must show no signs of wear.

The customer assumes the risk of loss or damage during transport
REFUND POLICY
If a refund is required, return the unworn merchandise within 14 days of following
the delivery, with the original labels intact and the original purchase invoice.
The refund is subject to the following conditions:
- We do not refund items worn or damaged.

The return / refund must be approved by Marie-Osée (by email or phone)

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

The customer assumes the risk of loss or damage during transport
Purchases made with Paypal / Stripe will be refunded in the same way. Purchases made by credit card will be refunded on the same card as for payment.
The refund will be made within 48 business hours following receipt.
